Itineraries

WESTERN Galapagos Islands Itinerary 

DAY 1

  • Baltra Island: This adventure begins with your flight to Baltra Island and a transfer to the nearby dock to board Yacht La Pinta. Lunch will be served after an introductory briefing and an emergency drill.
  • North Seymour Island: Disembark and enjoy a walk along this beautiful island, observing numerous birds, sea lions, and land iguanas. Return onboard for an evening briefing, a welcome cocktail, and dinner.

DAY 2

  • Isabela Island & Fernandina Island: Coastal exploration aboard dinghies at Punta Vicente Roca. Depending on weather conditions, snorkel along the cliffs!
  • Punta Espinoza: Visit the youngest island of the archipelago, Fernandina, to see hawks, penguins, flightless cormorants, and volcanic landscapes.

DAY 3

  • Isabela Island: Disembark at Urbina Bay to see corals, shells, and Galapagos land iguanas. Sail across the Bolívar Channel for a chance to spot whales.
  • Tagus Cove: Uphill hike to the Darwin Crater followed by snorkeling or kayaking along the coastal landscape.

DAY 4

  • Rabida Island & Santa Cruz Island: Disembark at Rabida Island’s red-colored beach to observe marine iguanas, mockingbirds, and Darwin’s finches.
  • Dragon Hill [Santa Cruz Island]: Walk around a brackish-water lagoon and enjoy a beautiful view of the bay and the western islands.

DAY 5

  • Santa Cruz Island: Visit the Charles Darwin Research Station and giant tortoise pens. Explore the highlands to search for Darwin’s Finches and endemic Scalesia trees.
  • Departure: The journey ends with a transfer to Baltra Island for your flight back to the mainland.

EASTERN Galapagos Islands Itinerary 

DAY 1

  • Baltra Island & Santa Cruz Island: Fly to Baltra Island, transfer to the dock, and board Yacht La Pinta. Lunch will be served after an introductory briefing and an emergency drill.
  • South Plaza Island: Walk by sea lion colonies and observe yellow-grey land iguanas.

DAY 2

  • Santa Fe Island & San Cristobal Island: Disembark at Santa Fe Island’s white-sand beach to spot Santa Fe land iguanas. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or a glass-bottom boat ride.
  • Cerro Colorado & Tortoise Breeding Center: Visit the Breeding Center in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno and observe giant tortoises.

DAY 3

  • San Cristobal Island: Disembark at Punta Pitt to observe frigatebirds and sea lions. Visit Cerro Brujo to spot seabirds and shorebirds.
  • Departure: The journey ends with a transfer to San Cristobal Airport for your flight back to the mainland.

NORTHERN Galapagos Islands Itinerary 

DAY 1

  • Baltra Island & Santa Cruz Island: Arrive at Baltra Airport, transfer to the highlands for a reserve visit, then board Yacht La Pinta.
  • Highlands (Santa Cruz Island): Spot tortoises before boarding the yacht.

DAY 2

  • Santa Cruz Island & Chinese Hat Islet: Visit Eden Islet to observe blue-footed boobies and reef sharks. Explore Chinese Hat Islet’s wildlife and enjoy swimming and snorkeling.
