Cancellation Policies
You may cancel your reservation DURING OFFICE HOURS AND BUSINESS DAYS by sending us an email to albatrostoursgps@hotmail.com or calling +59 399 3678771.
20% of the Deposit is non-refundable.
50% of the Deposit is non-refundable within 29 to 20 days before the tour starts.
100% of the Deposit is non-refundable within 19 days or less before the tour starts.
Tours cannot be rescheduled for a later date.
Note: Visa, passport, and entry papers to Galápagos are the responsibility of passengers and are not justification for the cancellation of tours and activities booked with us.
