- Bus Transfer to the Itabaca Channel and Boarding
- Welcome and Orientation Dive at Northeast Coast of Santa Cruz Island
- Morning dives at Punta Carrion, Santa Cruz Island
- Afternoon hike at Bartolome
- Tender ride at Pinnacle Rock
- June to Dec: Dives at Darwin; Jan to May: Dives at Roca Blanca, Cowley, Cabo Marshall, Isabela Island
- June to Dec: Dives at Darwin and Wolf; Jan to May: Dives at Wolf
- Jan to May: Dives at Darwin and Wolf; June to Dec: Dives at Wolf
- Dives at Cabo Douglas, Fernandina, and Punta Vicente Roca, Isabela
- Morning Dive at Cousins Rock
- Afternoon: Arrival at Itabaca Channel. Disembarkation for a private bus tour to see the Highlands of Santa Cruz Island, including a Tortoise Reserve visit and scenic views over Santa Cruz.
- Visit to Puerto Ayora for shopping and dining.
- Night transfer back to Itabaca Channel for embarking.
